Good value, some minor kinks

I purchased the annual business plan for our contract management and overall, it's a solid platform. The eSignature API integration was fairly straightforward, and the secure document delivery gave me peace of mind. I definitely saved money compared to what we were paying for DocuSign. My main gripe is that the mobile signing interface could be a bit more intuitive. It's functional, but sometimes took an extra tap or two to navigate compared to the desktop version. Still, it's a good product for the price.

Consistent service as always

I've been using Blueink for a while now for my real estate eSignatures. This time, I needed to process a bunch of HR onboarding documents quickly. The bulk send feature worked just as reliably as it did on my previous orders. No surprises, which is exactly what I need from a service like this.

Great savings on eSignatures

I was looking for a cheaper DocuSign alternative and Blueink came up. I took advantage of the 14-day free trial first to test it out. Then I signed up for the annual plan to get the best deal for our legal document signing needs. The pricing felt really fair, and the HIPAA compliance was a big plus for me. The interface was easy enough to pick up, and I appreciated the certificate of completion for tracking. It felt like good value for what I paid.

Thinking about switching from DocuSign to Blueink, mainly because of cost. Is it really that much cheaper or just a little bit?

A Amber Jackson 4 days ago
Yeah, it's a pretty big difference. I switched last year and definitely saved a good chunk of change. They advertise around 50% off what DocuSign charges.

Plus, if you go for annual billing, you can usually snag another 10-20% off. It adds up, especially for a business.

Does Blueink actually work well for real estate docs? Like, is it legally sound and secure enough for contracts and stuff?

M Mary T. 1 month ago
Totally. I use it for all my real estate clients. It's legally binding and they have all the audit trails and security measures in place. Plus, it's HIPAA compliant which is a good sign for data handling.

Yeah, it's legit. They do signer identity verification too, which is a nice extra layer of security compared to some other platforms.

Can you actually get a free trial to test it out before committing? Or do you have to jump straight into a paid plan?

D Donna M. 1 month ago
They definitely have a free trial, I did the 14-day one myself before signing up. It was enough time to see if it fit my needs.

Yep, 14 days free. No credit card needed upfront from what I remember, so pretty low risk to check it out.

What's the deal with payment methods? Can I use something simple like a regular credit card or do they only do bank transfers or weird stuff?

S Sam J. 2 weeks ago
Standard credit card is fine. I've been paying with my Visa every month, no issues.

They take most major credit cards, I think. Very straightforward process, nothing complicated.
